National HPCC Conference
Special Event for First 80 Registrants!
This year, we’re privileged to hold our signature event ~ An Evening in Olde Newport ~ at one of Newport’s most interesting “summer cottages”, Marble House. A National Historic Landmark, it was built between 1888 and 1892 as a summer house for Mr. and Mrs. William K. Vanderbilt. But Marble House was much more; it was a social and architectural landmark that set the pace for Newport’s subsequent transformation from a quiet summer colony of wooden houses to the legendary resort of opulent stone palaces.
We’re excited to share an evening of living history as we journey back into the heyday of Newport society. Due to the limited seating area in the Marble House ballroom, this unique opportunity is offered to our first eighty conference registrants. Confirmations will be included with your registration receipt.

Conference Registration Information
- Conference registrations include breakfasts, breaks, lunches, all conference materials.
- Registration Fees are calculated according to both the time of your confirmed registration and method of payment.
- EARLY BIRD fee for all who register and pay on or before March 1st.
- PRE-REGISTRATION fee for all who register and pay after March 1st and on or before March 24th.
- Walk-in registrants are welcome and pay the AT THE DOOR price.

- Single Day – $470
Pre-Registration – after March 1st until March 24th

There are three payment options when registering online: Check, Purchase Order, and PayPal.
Participants paying by check or purchase order will receive a $50 discount for the full Conference, $30 discount for a Single Day registration!
Participants using PayPal to process their credit card payment will be charged the full registration fee.

- Registrations are fully refundable provided we receive written cancellation on or before March 10th.
- Starting March 11th you may register a substitute or receive a credit towards next year’s conference.
